Photography Assisting & Second Shooting Services
Who This Is For
I provide assisting and second shooting support for photographers who are working professionally and need dependable help with lighting, gear, coverage, and workflow. This includes commercial shoots, events, and location-based work where timing, coordination, and consistency matter.
How I Support Your Shoot
When I’m assisting or second shooting, my role is to make your job easier — not louder.
That can include lighting assistance, gear handling, setup and breakdown, behind-the-scenes or supplemental coverage, and helping maintain flow during fast-moving situations. I work with an understanding of professional pacing, on-set communication, and the importance of staying out of the way while still being useful.
Assisting vs Second Shooting
Assisting focuses on supporting your vision — lighting, logistics, and workflow — while second shooting typically involves capturing supplemental coverage under your direction. I’m comfortable working in either role, depending on the needs of the shoot and how you prefer to work.
What You Can Expect
Calm, professional presence on location
• Respect for your process and client relationships
• Attention to light, timing, and details
• Clear communication before and during the shoot
My goal is to contribute without creating friction or distraction.
