Whatever event you’re planning, your focus will be on serving your clients, guests, or community — not watching the clock or worrying about coverage. My role is to step in quietly, work under pressure, and deliver a clear, complete visual record of the event as it unfolds. From behind-the-scenes moments to key highlights and candid interactions, I document events with experience, awareness, and respect for the environment.
With over a decade of experience as a news photojournalist and event photographer, I’m comfortable working in fast-moving, unpredictable conditions — and producing consistent results without disrupting the flow of the event.

Event Photography Details
A small retainer is required to reserve your date. Final image delivery takes place after the remaining balance has been paid.
Every event includes:

Professionally color-corrected, print-resolution JPEG images

A separate set of images optimized for social media use

No watermarks

Image quantity based on the duration and complexity of the event — not arbitrary per-hour averages

Online gallery delivery with download access

Clients receive a non-exclusive commercial usage license, allowing broad use of the images for marketing, promotion, and organizational needs, while I retain copyright ownership as the creator.
Standard turnaround time is 14 business days from the date of the event (holidays and weekends not included).
Daily Rate:
$1,500 per day, maximum of 8 hours included and mileage within 60 minute drive
Hourly:
$250 per hour.
$300 minimum applies to all jobs.
High Volume:
For events resulting in more than 3,000 delivered images, a processing fee of $0.33 per image applies beyond the first 3,000 images to account for excessive processing time.
This fee does not apply to straight delivery of unprocessed in-camera JPEG files, if requested.
Retouch:
Standard delivery includes global color correction and exposure balancing.
Additional retouching or detailed image work is available on a per-image basis. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs and receive a custom quote.
Full Copyright Transfer:
By law, photographers retain full copyright ownership of images at the moment they are created. The only way to transfer copyright ownership is through a formal copyright transfer.
Because a full copyright transfer permanently prevents me from using the images I created for any purpose, it is available at seven times the job fee. This option is rarely necessary for most events, but is available when required.
